OUTDOOR LEARNING

Outdoor learning is enriching towards the way that children feel and welcome more connected to nature. Children involved in outdoor learning go on adventures and do activities based around the ideology that nature is important.
There are many different benefits children can experience from outdoor learning. Not only do children learn more about nature, but they learn more about themselves during the process (Institute For Outdoor Learning). This can lead to wellbeing and other important factors being met and developed in children who participate in outdoor learning.
It is a broad term that encompasses many different aspects. For some, outdoor learning can mean different things than it does to others and educators may use outdoor learning in different ways. It is a life-long learning experience that individuals go through. There is always more to learn. Outdoor learning gives foundation for respect towards the environment, along with the ability to understand how to better care for the environment.
